Quenching Your Thirst: Tips on Staying Hydrated for a Healthier You

First of all, why is hydration so important?

Your body depends on water for normal daily functions.

  • Water regulates body temperature, moistens tissue like the skin and eyes, flushes out waste products, carries nutrients to the cells...

The structure of the membrane (lining) of a cell requires water.

  • That cell membrane keeps important of molecules in and harmful molecules out.

Approximately 75% of your joint cartilage is made of water.

  • Dehydration leads to stiff, achy joints.

Water helps you function and feel better!🙌🏼
