Nettle Leaf Tea 🍃 Why We Love It & How To Make It

This is a staple in our house!

We make up a few mason jars at a time because we know we will have to share with the kids.😅


Nettle leaf contains a lot of good vitamins (A, C, a few different Bs) and minerals (iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium…).


It can help:

RECIPE:

🫙Add 1 Cup Nettle Leaf to a 32oz mason jar 🥵Fill with boiling hot water 🌙Cover and let sit 6-8 hours (or overnight) ☕️Strain, add water or ice ☀️Drink within 24 hours for full nutritional value 🐝 Adding local honey can give your immune system and taste buds a little extra help. 😬If the infusion taste is too strong, decrease steeping time to a couple hours, and work up from there. 🌿Play with flavors and health benefits by adding different herbs to the infusion.
