This is a staple in our house!
We make up a few mason jars at a time because we know we will have to share with the kids.š
Nettle leaf contains a lot of good vitamins (A, C, a few different Bs) and minerals (iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassiumā¦).
It can help:
āļøReduce inflammation
āļøImprove allergies
āļøImprove digestion
āļøLower blood pressure
āļøSupport thyroid

RECIPE:
š«Add 1 Cup Nettle Leaf to a 32oz mason jar š„µFill with boiling hot water šCover and let sit 6-8 hours (or overnight) āļøStrain, add water or ice āļøDrink within 24 hours for full nutritional value š Adding local honey can give your immune system and taste buds a little extra help. š¬If the infusion taste is too strong, decrease steeping time to a couple hours, and work up from there. šæPlay with flavors and health benefits by adding different herbs to the infusion.
