Used in combination to provide a personalized approach
to your care.
Chiropractic is a combination of science, philosophy, and art. The science explains how the physiology in the body is impacted by the adjustment; it's the "what." The philosophy is the reasoning for an adjustment; the "why" behind the approach. The art is the expression of chiropractic that is unique to each and every doctor, even when using the same technique; it is the "how."
The Activator instrument is a tool that we chose to receive additional training in during chiropractic college, used during our internship, personally have great success with, and have used as our primary adjusting technique with our patients for the last decade. It remains the foundational technique we utilize, but we have found that we are able to provide better support and outcomes when we have other techniques and approaches available, and so we have expanded our training and offerings to include the list below.
Activator
A spring-loaded hand-held adjusting tool that delivers a precise adjustment every time. Because of the speed of the thrust the instrument provides, we are able to achieve motion in the joints using a low force - making it a gentle, yet specific approach for all ages.
Webster Technique
The Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that reduces the effects of subluxation and/or SI joint dysfunction. This allows for improved movement of the joints and function of the nerves in the pelvis.

Dr. Daniel and Dr. Josiah are both certified in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
This technique is very helpful in supporting healthier, more comfortable pregnancies, and preparing for labor and birth.
Cranial Adjusting
80% of the nervous system is in the brain, which is protected and surrounded by the cranial bones. Each bone is separated by a moveable joint called a suture, which allows for motion with every breath.
Just like any other joint in the body, these joints can become subluxated (improper motion or alignment that creates stress in the nervous system). Because the dura (tissue-paper like attachment) connects the cranial bones all the way to the base of the spine, cranial subluxations can impact the whole body.
CPK
Chiropractic + Kinesiology.
This technique utilizes muscle testing for another lens to evaluate the body's function through.
Dr. Daniel had found this technique to be useful for chronic issues that have not resolved with traditional chiropractic care.
Network Spinal
Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) is a neurologically based Chiropractic approach. NSA uses a gentle touch at specific points which initiate the body’s self-regulating and self-organizing properties.
This gentle no-force technique has been effective in changing physical, emotional, mental patterns of stress into healthy strategies of well-being.
