Used in combination to provide a personalized approach

to your care.

Chiropractic is a combination of science, philosophy, and art. The science explains how the physiology in the body is impacted by the adjustment; it's the "what." The philosophy is the reasoning for an adjustment; the "why" behind the approach. The art is the expression of chiropractic that is unique to each and every doctor, even when using the same technique; it is the "how."

The Activator instrument is a tool that we chose to receive additional training in during chiropractic college, used during our internship, personally have great success with, and have used as our primary adjusting technique with our patients for the last decade. It remains the foundational technique we utilize, but we have found that we are able to provide better support and outcomes when we have other techniques and approaches available, and so we have expanded our training and offerings to include the list below.

A spring-loaded hand-held adjusting tool that delivers a precise adjustment every time. Because of the speed of the thrust the instrument provides, we are able to achieve motion in the joints using a low force - making it a gentle, yet specific approach for all ages.

Webster Techniqu

Webster Technique

The Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that reduces the effects of subluxation and/or SI joint dysfunction. This allows for improved movement of the joints and function of the nerves in the pelvis.

Dr. Daniel and Dr. Josiah are both certified in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

This technique is very helpful in supporting healthier, more comfortable pregnancies, and preparing for labor and birth.

CranioSacral Chiropractic

CranioSacral Adjusting is a gentle, low-force chiropractic technique that focuses on the natural motion of the skull, spine, sacrum, and the fascia that connects them. These structures surround and protect the brain and spinal cord, so even subtle tension in this system can influence how the nervous system regulates, processes stress, and communicates with the rest of the body.

Using light, precise contacts, we help release restriction patterns in the cranial bones and the surrounding fascia. These patterns can develop from pregnancy positioning, birth stress, injuries, dental or orthodontic changes, chronic tension, emotional stress, and even long-term postural habits. When this tension eases, the nervous system can shift out of overload and back into a state where healing and healthy function are possible.

CranioSacral Adjusting is supportive for all ages: newborns, children, teens, and adults. It can help with latch challenges, head shape concerns, headaches, jaw and TMJ issues, sleep disruptions, sensory overwhelm, neck tension, and that “stuck” feeling so many people carry in their bodies.

The technique is incredibly gentle, often described as calming or settling. By releasing deep, foundational tension in the cranial and sacral system, we help the entire body find better balance, ease, and connection.
