
Fear Paralysis - The Big Six +
Use a combination of tapping and massage for 30 seconds in each location: 1. Collarbone (Clavicle) Area Gently tap, rub, or massage just above and below your collarbone. This stimulates the supraclavicular lymph nodes, which help drain fluid from the head, neck, and upper body. 2. Side of the Neck (Cervical Nodes) Massage the sides of your neck, from below the ear down toward the collarbone. This helps clear lymph from the head, face, and brain. 3. Armpits (Axillary Nodes) Use gentle circular motions or tapping under each armpit. These nodes play a crucial role in draining toxins from the upper body, arms, and chest. 4. Abdomen (Deep Abdominal Nodes) Place both hands on your stomach and gently press or massage in circular motions. This stimulates the cisterna chyli, a critical lymphatic drainage center for the lower body. 5. Groin (Inguinal Nodes) Rub or tap the area where the leg meets the pelvis. These nodes help drain lymph from the legs and lower torso. 6. Back of the Knees (Popliteal Nodes) Gently rub or tap behind each knee. This assists in lymph drainage from the legs and feet. BONUS. Feet (Plantar Nodes) Gently rub, massage, or tap the bottom of the feet to further assist in lymph drainage in the bottom of the feet.
Moro Reflex - Star Fish
Sitting on a couch or chair… 1. Bend forward and cross right arm over left arm and right leg over left leg 2. Open up like a starfish 3. Bend forward and cross left arm over right arm and left leg over right leg 4. Open up like a starfish Continue alternating, keeping the same side arm and leg on top Do this 10x on each side, 2-3x a day.
Rooting Reflex - Brush Your Face
Using either an electric toothbrush or Rezzimax instrument: Slowly stroke from the ear to just above the lip, then from the ear to just below the lip. Perform on the left side 10X on the top then 10X on the bottom. Repeat on the right side 10x on the top then 10x on the bottom.

Begin by lying on your stomach... The Lizard - Part 1 1. Turn your head to the RIGHT side 2. Bring your RIGHT ARM Up and RIGHT KNEE Up to side head is turned 3. Begin on all fours... Rock hips back toward feet, while stretching arms out in front. Return to all fours. Repeat sequence 10X.

Begin by lying on your back on the floor... 1. From lying, sit up 2. While sitting up, cross your right arm over your left and your right leg over your left 3. Lie back down 4. Sit back up and cross your arms and legs in the opposite direction as before Repeat 10x.

Begin by lying on your stomach... 1. Press the front of your legs into the ground and contract hamstrings and glutes 2. Move your arms back behind like an airplane, squeezing the shoulder blades together 3. Slowly extend up, keeping lower body rooted 4. Relax back down Repeat sequence 10X.

Babinski - Brush Your Feet & Toe Pick Ups
1. Using an electric tooth brush or Rezzimax instrument... brush the bottoms of your feet starting at the heel, stroke up along the pinky side, up to the base of the toes, and over to the base of the big toe. Repeat 10x on each side. 2. Use you toes to pick up objects (marbles, socks, etc) from the floor and place into a bucket Repeat 10x on each side.
